Overview
Shêvi-thithê Bî was founded durring the late 14th century in winter of the year 1260, by Garêyêv Trgartesmë. The establishment of Shêvi-thithê Bî suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Shêvi-thithê Bî which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Shêvi-thithê Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Shêvi-thithê Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.
Shêvi-thithê Bî is buildings folow an organic layout of crampt paverstone streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town is the proud owner of a thick set of fortified walls fashioned from querried stone blocks. While not up to snuff for a fort or castle wall, the town's walls are naturaly much larger than those of forts or castles. Therefore, the construction such a wall is most expencive. Shêvi-thithê Bî's buget focused wall would serve its community well in battle in spite of looking unimpressive compared to castles and fortresses. Unfortuantly, these top tier civilian fortifications are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.
Shêvi-thithê Bî is not quite well. Something happened here, perhapse recently, perhapse long ago. Whatever it was, it settled into the very soul of the town like a festering wound. The people go about their day well enough, but there’s a tention in the air you can cut with a knife.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Shêvi-thithê Bî was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Shêvi-thithê Bî lost 269 people, 214 livestock, and 40 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 134, when members of Shêvi-thithê Bî's militia enacted an operation to transport a specific resource to a particular fortification unharmed. The operation was complicated by freezing cold, such that the troops suffered frostbite. The conflict ended with a last stand against the enemy until a particular event occurred, which ended in defeat for Shêvi-thithê Bî's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Shêvi-thithê Bî's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
